Pathway to Healing is a practice designed to support individuals through their unique journey, whether that includes support with trauma, depression, anxiety, or relationship difficulties. I want to help you break free from the cycles that no longer serve you.

Discovering Inner Peace with Pathway to Healing

Trauma-Focused

Trauma-focused therapy services can help you process and heal past trauma through regulating your nervous system, gently reducing distress, and building coping skills and safety.

Mindfulness-Based

Mindfulness-based practices help by using a holistic and calming approach to connect the body and mind. It will help you to slow down, feel grounded, and respond to life with greater calm and clarity— without judgment. These tools we explore together can reduce stress, ease anxiety, and support emotional balance.

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy

Dialectical behavioral therapy helps with managing intense emotions, dealing with challenging situations and improving relationships through techniques such as mindfulness and emotion regulation. As a licensed therapist, I provide a safe space to work with you through learning these skills together.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

Acceptance and commitment therapy compassionately helps clients to move towards acceptance of deeper feelings in order to live a meaningful life aligned with personal values.
