Prior to the creation of Pathway to Healing, I have worked within different mental health organizations working with individuals of different ages, primarily adults. This includes working as a mobile crisis responder responding to calls in the community, where I have assessed and supported individuals through mental health crises. Additionally, I have counseled individuals and groups at an agency designed to guide them through their personal change and healing process, as well as worked with victims at a victim law center. While I loved each of these roles and the valuable experiences they brought to me, I was inspired to create Pathway to Healing to work with individuals and couples towards holistic health, with a focus on mental and emotional healing and growth. I currently offer virtual only therapy sessions, with a future expansion to in-person services.
As a therapist, I provide a warm and supportive space for you to slow down, breathe, and truly be heard. Together, we will explore what feels heavy and uncover ways to help you feel more grounded, connected, and at peace with yourself. As a therapist I am here to walk with you through challenging circumstances. I would love for us to walk through your healing journey together.
My approach is collaborative and compassionate, as I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to be our authentic selves. Whether you are navigating stress, life changes, relationships, grief, or past experiences, we will move together at your pace toward clarity, resilience, and growth. I want you to feel at home in your body and mind.
Outside of my time as a therapist, I enjoy painting, reading, music, spending time with animals and loved ones, and traveling. I also love staying active and spending time in nature, where I love to go snowboarding and surfing.
